In Buenos Aires I photographed dog walkers with as many as eight dogs on leashes. In Santiago the dogs roamed
freely and slept where-ever, with people tolerant and friendly towards them. Here is one in the main square
perfectly posed like a witch in her protective hexagram. In both cities European immigrants have added art
to the cities to beautify them and give back for the economic opportunities their new countries provided.
Many of these pictures were take on or from Cerro Santa Lucia, a hill that has been turned into a park.
It has a 360 degree view of the downtown from the top.
